Information Sessions: 
We invite your Residents Committee to contact the Secretary to plan a presentation on TARRV for residents in the 2026 year. TARRV is currently in communication with Government to seek a full review of The Retirement Villages Act 2004 and to work with CBOS to implement an education seminar for operators of retirement villages to ensure that all parties understand the law and work together to improve the industry for the future.
