Accreditation
The Australian Retirement Village Accreditation Scheme (ARVAS) is the new single-industry accreditation scheme for operators of retirement villages and seniors housing.ARVAS is co-owned by two organisations that represent the owners and operators of retirement villages and seniors housing: Property Council of Australia and Leading Age Services Australia (LASA). It replaces two previous schemes, Lifemark and IRCAS, and consolidates their infrastructure into a single scheme.
